We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship. The average shipping time is 4-15 days within Europe and usually 9-18 days to the rest of the world. If you have any questions, email us at  info@beautypride.com.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee only if you receive the product defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product to us and receive a full refund. You must return it at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on returned packages.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without incurring any costs! You must cancel your order before it is shipped.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you entered an incorrect address, wait for your order confirmation email. Once you have verified whether the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at  info@beautypride.com. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct address within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours if the address is not provided correctly.
